Job Description
The Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end software testing and quality activities for a laboratory software platform. This role provides oversight for project deliverables, test planning and execution, reporting, and software release documentation. The analyst also supports software quality activities related to questionnaires, on-site audits, and virtual audits.

This position works closely with Software Validation, Software Support, Software Development, and Software Deployment teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and scope software testing for releases, patches, and hotfixes.
Oversee project deliverables, including planning, test execution, and reporting.
Provide quality assurance approval for software release documentation.
Plan and create validation support packages for end users.
Participate in and support software quality portions of questionnaires, on-site audits, and virtual audits.
Manage software quality standard operating procedures and job aids.
Manage and oversee software testing systems.
