Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to join their Global Field Medical Training team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and coordinate training programs for global teams, ensuring seamless execution, effective content delivery, and the smooth operation of their Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content repositories. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver high-impact training sessions, manage logistics, and maintain training content in compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Implement and lead global field medical training programs, aligning with the overall strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders to address knowledge gaps.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and participant communication for training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and clarity of objectives.
- Manage and update training content across LMS platforms (i.e., ComplianceWire, Allego, and SharePoint), ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions, driving participant engagement and ensuring effective delivery of training.
- Oversee post-training processes, including recording and uploading sessions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in training content and processes.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure training reflects the latest scientific and clinical research.
- Identify risks in training programs and platforms, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvements in training efficiency and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or closely related field is required (a degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Biotech, Pharma, or related fields, with a proven background in project management and training coordination.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (i.e., ComplianceWire and Allego) and familiarity with content management platforms like SharePoint.
- Previous experience in instructional design, content management, or training delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt as needs change.
- Experience with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms, including recording and editing tools.
- Innovative, curious, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage training logistics and content in a way that ensures compliance with regulatory standards and enhances learning effectiveness.
- Ability to travel approximately 5-10% of the time, as needed.
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration is preferred.
- Experience working within a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulated environment is preferred.
