Position: Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Study Startup & Monitoring Oversight
Location: U.S.-based candidates in Central or Mountain Time Zones preferred (e.g., TX, CO, IL)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior CRA to support study startup activities and provide monitoring oversight across oncology clinical trials. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong operational expertise in early-phase trial execution and CRO collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute study startup activities, including:
- Site feasibility and selection
- Site Initiation Visits (SIVs)
- Collection and review of Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and regulatory documents
- Provide monitoring oversight to ensure study quality, compliance, and timelines are met
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, investigative sites, and CRO partners
- Oversee CRO performance and ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams during study initiation and execution
Qualifications
- Senior-level CRA experience with a strong track record in clinical trial execution
- Solid tumor oncology experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with study startup processes
- Experience with monitoring oversight; CRO oversight experience is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must be able to overlap with both Eastern and Pacific Time Zone business hours
