Founded in 1999 as an IT staffing firm, Digital Prospectors began with a simple focus: deliver specialized technical talent — and stand behind the work.
As our clients’ needs expanded, so did we.
From technology to engineering, life sciences, and government services, we’ve grown alongside the industries we support — particularly those where precision and accountability matter most.
In December 2025, we expanded again.
Through the acquisition of Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (AESI) — a San Jose-based firm with 25+ years of engineering and government services expertise — we strengthened our cleared talent capabilities and broadened our national footprint.

Over the years, our employees have dedicated thousands of volunteer hours and contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to organizations making a meaningful impact both locally and beyond.
Our employee-led PASSION to Action Committee (PAC) helps guide our philanthropic efforts by identifying and supporting charitable organizations and community initiatives that align with our values and inspire our team to make a difference.
