The move expands the firm’s engineering and government services footprint across the U.S.
EXETER, N.H. – December 8, 2025 – Digital Prospectors, an award-winning talent solutions firm specializing in technology, life sciences, engineering, and government services, today announced the acquisition of Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (AESI), a long-established provider of engineering recruitment services. The acquisition strengthens Digital Prospectors’ national presence, expands its engineering and government services capabilities, and enhances its ability to support both private- and public-sector clients across the United States.
Headquartered in San Jose, Calif., AESI brings more than 25 years of specialized engineering and government services expertise, as well as a deep national talent pool, to Digital Prospectors. Over the years, AESI has built a national reputation, supporting clients across high-tech, manufacturing, and engineering-driven industries. Digital Prospectors is joining forces with AESI as part of its long-term strategy to expand its government services and engineering practices.

This enables accelerated clearance processing and onboarding, providing clients with greater agility and uninterrupted support for candidates placed in roles involving sensitive government contracts.
