Beyond IT Staffing: Digital Prospectors Corp Supports Families in Transition Homeless Charity
Digital Prospectors Corp (DPC) is fortunate that our work as a successful IT staffing firm lets us give back to our community in many different ways.
So when our friends from Families in Transition (FIT) needed items to complete their makeover of a family-friendly emergency shelter, we were happy to be able to offer assistance.
“FIT is an important nonprofit doing meaningful work for families who really need help,” said DPC Owner Jessica Catino. “Digital Prospectors Corp feels fortunate that our engineering systems staffing firm is in a position to support them.”
To help with FIT’s renovation, DPC donated 30 sets of bedding and towels including comforters, pillows, sheets, mattresses, and bath towels at a cost of more than $6,000.
“We are so fortunate to have the continued support of Digital Prospectors Corporation,” said Maureen Beauregard, president of Families in Transition. “This makeover project is a huge endeavor and the need for support from our community partners is great. When asked to help, DPC didn’t hesitate. In fact, once again, they went above and beyond for our families.”
