In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in identity and access management to deliver high-quality solutions and support to their clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Serve as a primary contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to IAM.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to reported problems and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Engage in small-scale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
- Work with team members to conduct periodic performance assessments and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, maintaining a reliable and efficient IAM environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting SailPoint applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly integrate into new projects.
- Hands-on experience with connector development and customization.
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Java and Beanshell programming for SailPoint development.
- Experience in building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks, and other components using SailPoint.
- Skilled in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports, and certifications.
- Experience performing system upgrades, applying patches, and evaluating Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently and contributing effectively within a small team environment.
- SailPoint IdentityNow certification is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices is a plus.
