Position: Project Analyst
Location: Holyoke, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Length: 6+ months

Job Description:
Are you an organized and proactive individual with a knack for managing multiple tasks and a passion for supporting project teams? Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Analyst to join their dynamic team. The Project Analyst will play a crucial part in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your skills in administration, project tracking, and communication will be essential as you work with a diverse group of teams and stakeholders.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
  • Track and monitor deliverables and project timelines across multiple teams to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with project controls and approval processes and manage scheduling of meetings.
  • Update and maintain project materials to reflect current statuses and changes.
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams, including organizing and prioritizing tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Previous experience of administrative tasks is essential.
  • Familiarity with basic project management concepts (i.e., charters, scope, schedule, controls, and approvals) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project is a must.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and data repositories is a plus.
  • Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and dashboards is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data management practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • PMP certification is advantageous, but not required.
