Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RapidResponse Talend Developer to join their team. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you'll play a critical role in developing and refining solutions across multiple cloud environments, helping to drive the business’s supply chain transformation. The ideal candidate will bring not only technical expertise but also the ability to lead, communicate effectively, and manage complex projects. If you have a proven track record in configuring Rapid Response, creating efficient analytics solutions, and integrating cloud-based platforms, we want to hear from you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Configure and customize the Rapid Response platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Design and implement integration solutions across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) using Talend middleware.
- Create sophisticated queries and analytics reports to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance on supply chain optimization.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members in best practices and problem-solving approaches.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, including configuration and implementation.
- Strong working knowledge of Talend middleware and integration across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Demonstrated ability to create and refine complex queries, reports, and data-driven solutions.
- Expertise in material requirements planning (MRP) and sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
- Experience working in an SAP environment and familiarity with related tools and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders, including senior management and vendors.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and driving successful project outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adapting to new challenges and technologies.
- Self-driven and capable of quickly learning new tools and technologies independently.
