Location: North Andover, MA (Hybrid – 3 days, Mon/Wed/Fri onsite)
Length: 6+ months

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a dynamic team within a high-volume call center. This role is integral to ensuring clients receive exceptional service and their orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner. You will manage multiple accounts, working directly with both customers and internal departments to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Handle and process sales orders, returns, and credits in a high-volume environment, ensuring all steps align with established procedures.
  • Resolve product shortages, complaints, and other customer issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Investigate and address order holds, including credit issues, pricing discrepancies, and shipping problems.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as manufacturing and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team to address and resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Manage both new and existing customer accounts within the database.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
  • Proficient in order entry and expediting processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in challenging or high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
