Our client is seeking an innovative, customer-focused Digital Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic Information Technology Services team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Meet with end-users to understand their business processes, needs, and challenges.
- Conduct tool demonstrations and provide recommendations that fit their workflow.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure alignment with available services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train end-users on the digital solutions implemented and ensure proper handoff of processes and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in digital collaboration, productivity tools, and business process automation.
- Research and identify potential tools, solutions, and hardware that align with project needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration.
- Work with end-users to select appropriate digital tools based on their specific needs.
- Design and build effective, out-of-the-box solutions with minimal customization.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Manage resources such as hardware, software, and personnel to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct rigorous testing of both software and hardware solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with users to gather feedback and refine solutions based on real-world use.
- Document test results and recommend changes as necessary to improve software or hardware offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of digital platforms and services.
- Regularly assess tools and workflows for potential optimization and innovation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Office 365, To Do, Forms, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Power Suite (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel).
- Solid understanding of business process automation.
- Experience with PowerShell and scripting.
- Proven ability to consult with end-users and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience designing and implementing digital solutions, particularly for collaboration tools and AV systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to “think outside the box.”
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to embrace change and navigate a variety of challenges.
- Ability to set and meet measurable goals for self and others.
- Scrum/Agile project management experience is a plus.
- ITIL v4 or higher certification is a plus but not required.
