Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Manager to lead contract management, operational execution, and the development of a reliable phlebotomy network. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Field Sales, and Operations, to ensure smooth agreement execution, operational readiness, and sustainable network growth. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex processes, maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines, and fostering positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Prepare, submit, track, and manage contracts through execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between Legal, Field Sales, and other departments to resolve contract and operational issues.
- Support the development and maintenance of a high-quality, compliant phlebotomy network.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners, including compliance documentation and training.
- Maintain accurate data, timelines, and progress tracking in systems such as Smartsheet and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide timely updates to leadership.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives and ongoing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, operations, or healthcare services (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Strong proficiency with Smartsheet, Salesforce (SFDC), and other productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Pay rate $50.00/hour depending on experience.
