Job Description:
Our client is a seeking Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator experienced in Workday Learning to manage, maintain, and enhance its enterprise learning platform. This role ensures smooth delivery of training content, compliance programs, and professional development initiatives while serving as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Learning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and collaborative—someone who thrives on improving learning systems and user experiences in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Administer and configure Workday Learning to support organizational learning and compliance needs.
- Upload, test, and deploy eLearning and instructor-led content, ensuring version control and accessibility compliance.
- Partner with HR, IT, and L&D teams to align learning campaigns, integrations, and reporting with business goals.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor training completion, compliance, and engagement.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and documentation to learners and content creators.
- Stay current on Workday Learning updates and best practices to drive system improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Workday Learning.
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting tools, and data management.
- Strong understanding of SCORM/AICC standards and eLearning content management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint preferred.
- Experience with content authoring tools (i.e., Articulate 360, Rise) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data security and learning compliance requirements is preferred.
- Participation in Workday Learning community groups or forums is advantageous.
