Length: 8 Month Contract
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
An entry-level position that requires customer service experience. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Document Control team, Personnel Security Team, and the Visitor Service Center. Duties include, but are not limited to, shipping and receiving classified material, maintaining the classified accountability system, reviewing visitor registrations and background checks, and preparing and issuing visitor badges.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of security
- Experience applying and enforcing policies, procedures & regulations
- Experience with visitor management software and security information databases
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in the field of security
- 2-4 years of experience in Industrial Security
- Previous experience in enforcing National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) standards
- Experience with DISS/NBIS, NISS, and SIMS
