President Jessica Catino Speaks at Breakfast with the Best Panel on ‘Balancing Work and Life for Success’
Digital Prospectors celebrated being named the #2 Best Company to Work For in NH at the ‘Breakfast with the Best’ in Concord, NH. The event was organized by Business NH Magazine and its partner, New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility! It was a morning filled with influential panel speakers from the companies that won the Best Companies to Work For Awards.
Digital Prospectors’ President Jessica Catino spoke on a panel focusing on ‘Balancing Work and Life for Success.’ Work-life balance is highly valued at Digital Prospectors.
“Life can be very stressful trying to juggle both work and personal obligations. We have found that the more work/life balance friendly policies we create to help alleviate some of that stress, the happier, healthier, and more productive our employees are,” said Jessica Catino.
Digital Prospectors has implemented many policies over the years to promote a healthy work-life balance. These include 90-minute lunches for working out so that you can spend more time after work with family, flex schedules to accommodate family obligations, and early release every Friday at 3:00 p.m. (and 1:00 p.m. before holidays) so that you can get your weekend started early with your family.
