Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft System Analyst who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure, with a primary focus on Active Directory and related services. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments.
- 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
- Extensive experience (5+ years) supporting various versions of Microsoft Server.
- Proficient in troubleshooting skills and methodology, with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Working knowledge of Domain Name System (DNS) and Windows Internet Name Service (WINS).
- Experience working on Security initiatives related to Active Directory, ensuring the integrity and security of directory services.
- Ability to collaborate across technology teams as required.
- Proven experience working on large projects in Active Directory or ADFS engineering roles, demonstrating the ability to manage complex technical initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in ITIL processes, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and change controls.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adhere to documented procedures within the technical domain.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with technical teams.
- Positive attitude towards learning, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to work off-hour shifts during change windows, including nights and weekends.
