Position: Associate Director, Consumer Marketing
Location: REMOTE San Francisco, CA
Length: 6 months+

Job Description:
The Associate Director will work in collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing and brand team to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for the screening business. This individual is responsible for managing cross-functional teams in the development of advertising and promotion tactics and execution. This position requires the individual to foster positive working relationships to partner collaboratively with internal and external partners to execute plans
The hire must have experience in the following areas:
- Consumer packaged goods and healthcare (diagnostics or Pharma)
- Development of different digital assets (social, display ads, point of care, tv spot)
- Current (DTC) Direct to Consumer Marketing experience
- Current Omnichannel experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field equivalent; MBA a plus
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, DTC, Omnichannel
• Prior experience in life sciences marketing or CPG marketing
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and an exceptional ability to work cross functionally with internal and external agency partners to achieve marketing goals; ability to lead without authority
• Excellent project management capabilities, good analytical and conceptual abilities, self-starter initiative and team orientation
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and highly skilled in prioritization with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including collaborating with a creative team and/or agency partners
